STEP 1: INITIAL MEETING
Our process begins with a free, no obligation consultation where we learn about your remodeling goals, your likes or dislikes and intended use for your space. We will ask questions regarding your budget, your timeline for the project and other details regarding your home. We then can offer suggestions, ideas and options for you to consider. At this time, we can also provide an anticipated investment price that it would take to design and build your project of interest.
STEP 2: DESIGN MEETING
Once you choose to work with Legacy Renovations, we will schedule a design meeting. This extensive meeting is in place so that we can fully understand the vision you have for your space and turn that vision into a plan that can be executed. Afterwards, our architects and designers will measure and photograph the project area to begin the official design process. Our commitment to you is to provide a professional and creative design based on the look that you are wishing for. We will provide a detailed quote based on a plan that you agree upon.
STEP 3: PRE-CONSTRUCTION
After the design meeting, our designers, project managers and any other staff assigned to your specific project will meet with you, take careful measurements and prepare detailed drawings of your existing spaces, as well as the proposed new floor plan.
STEP 4: CONSTRUCTION
Once the drawings are finished, the fun part begins: construction! A Legacy project manager will provide professional supervision throughout the duration of the project to ensure that all critical strategies of the process runs smoothly and you receive the space you desire. Legacy Renovations requires that all tradesman and sub-contractors are fully licensed and insured with no exceptions. After 20 years in business we have long standing relationships with the majority of our subcontractors, so they are fully aware of our production systems and how we expect them to interact with our clients. We can assure you that we only work with high quality subcontractors who stand behind and warranty their work, so that you can have peace of mind during this process.
STEP 5: COMPLETION
Construction is completed in a timely manner, so that you can get back to enjoying your home! The last step on our end is to conduct a thorough walk-thru with you to ensure that every last detail meets your expectations and exceeds your standards.
STEP 6: ENJOY
The final step of our process is making sure that you enjoy your newly renovated space. We stand by our work and have extended our workmanship warranty to double the industry standard of 1 year. We offer 2 years of warranty, and what that means for you, is peace of mind in knowing that in the event of any issues, Legacy will be there to make sure they are taken care of promptly.
